Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring students or staff in an education setting.
• Understanding safeguarding in education and supporting students with safeguarding or complex needs.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Wellbeing Mentors and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Provide regular supervision and yearly appraisals.
• Collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager on projects and new developments.
