Job summary

Hartpury University and College in Gloucestershire seeks a proactive wellbeing lead within the People Team. You will drive the employee wellbeing agenda, shaping the annual programme across physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing, using data and feedback to tailor initiatives and measure impact.

Work with managers, Occupational Health and external partners to deliver campaigns, campaigns, workshops and awareness activities while promoting accessible wellbeing resources across the campus

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating wellbeing initiatives or programmes.
• Experience delivering workshops, campaigns or awareness events.
• Ability to analyse data, identify themes and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Use workforce data and feedback to identify trends and inform activity.
• Design and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme covering physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing.
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and awareness activities.
• Provide professional wellbeing advice to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with People Team, Occupational Health, senior leaders and external partners.
