Job summary

Broughton Sanctuary seeks a warm, organised Wellbeing Assistant to join our five-star wellbeing centre. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, guest comfort, and a seamless experience for guests, practitioners, and retreat facilitators.

Role blends hospitality, administration and wellbeing coordination; previous hospitality or wellness experience is beneficial, with opportunities to learn and contribute to our schedule and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, retreats, events or guest services is beneficial.
• An organised, proactive approach with calm under pressure is essential.
• Good communication with guests and practitioners is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and look after guests, retreat participants and visiting practitioners.
• Answer phones and respond to emails; manage day-to-day enquiries.
• Manage bookings and guest information in back-office systems.
• Maintain wellbeing and practitioner databases.
• Coordinate between practitioners and guests for bookings and practicalities.
• Support retreat facilitators during events and workshops.
• Prepare rooms and spaces for activities (yoga, Pilates, workshops, concerts).
• Assist with wellbeing schedule and access to classes and experiences.
• Support the wellbeing shop with guest engagement and product ideas.
• Carry out daily health, safety and presentation checks; assist opening/closing procedures.
