Job summary

WOMEN'S AID FEDERATION OF ENGLAND's Valley House in Coventry is recruiting a Service User Wellbeing Coordinator for 12 months' maternity cover, FT, 37.5 hours per week. Location is Valley House premises and/or properties in Coventry, with salary £29,093 plus on-call payments of £2,000 to £3,000 per annum.

The role focuses on developing a groupwork programme to promote health and wellbeing among domestic abuse service users, completing wellbeing plans and risk assessments, and providing 1-1

Qualifications

• Experience in wellbeing planning and risk assessments.
• Ability to develop groupwork activities to promote health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• To work closely with staff and Valley House domestic abuse service users to create a groupwork programme aimed at promoting positive health.
• To provide a range of groupwork activities designed to support Valley House domestic abuse service users to achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
• To take responsibility for completing service user wellbeing plans and risk assessments
• Provide 1-1 wellbeing support to service users as required
• To support the Domestic Abuse team
