Job summary

Arthur Rank Hospice Charity in Cambridge is seeking a Wellbeing Assistant to provide holistic support to patients with life-limiting conditions. The role involves designing individual care plans and coordinating group activities, with one day per week in the community across Cambridgeshire.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vocational qualification (e.g. Health & Social Care) or Care Certificate.
• Alternatively a Level 2 qualification with substantial experience in health, social care, or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised emotional, psychological and practical support to patients and families.
• Design and implement individual care programmes and coordinate patient support groups.
• Travel across Cambridgeshire as required and support community-based activities.

Education

Level 3 vocational qualification or Care Certificate

Level 2 qualification with significant clinical experience
