Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice in West Sussex is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist to join the Wellbeing Team. You will support the delivery of the Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway and contribute to developing the Wellbeing Centre, ensuring high-quality holistic care for patients and those important to them.

The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, with a DBS check and UK work eligibility. We value inclusivity and offer generous leave and pension benefits.

About You:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of our new Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway.

We are seeking a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual who is passionate about service development and improving patient care. This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to the ongoing development of the Wellbeing Centre, while working as an integral member of the wider Wellbeing Team.

The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality holistic support, helping to shape and enhance our wellbeing services for patients and those important to them.

A Wellbeing Specialist will bring:

• Confident communication skills
• Good organisational and administrative skills, including ability to plan workload
• Experience and/or qualification in a health or social care setting
• Volunteer leadership skills
