Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice in the United Kingdom is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves supporting the delivery of the Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway and working as part of the wider Wellbeing Team.

You will lead initiatives to deliver high-quality holistic support for patients and their families, with a focus on developing the Wellbeing Centre and improving patient care.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and administrative skills and ability to plan workload.
• Experience and/or qualification in a health or social care setting.
• Willingness to support wellbeing services and contribute to Wellbeing Centre development.

The Role:

This post is offered on a permanent, full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

About You:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of our new Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway.

We are seeking a dynamic, positive, and motivated individual who is passionate about service development and improving patient care. This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to the ongoing development of the Wellbeing Centre, while working as an integral member of the wider Wellbeing Team.

The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to delivering high-quality holistic support, helping to shape and enhance our wellbeing services for patients and those important to them.

A Wellbeing Specialist will bring:
