Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice in West Sussex is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist to join the Wellbeing Team. You will support the delivery of the Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway and contribute to developing the Wellbeing Centre, ensuring high-quality holistic care for patients and those important to them.

The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, with a DBS check and UK work eligibility. We value inclusivity and offer generous leave and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualification in a health or social care setting.
• Proactive, innovative and committed to high-quality holistic support.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the new Wellbeing-Only Referral Pathway.
• Lead and contribute to development of the Wellbeing Centre.
• Collaborate as a core member of the Wellbeing Team to improve patient care.
