Qualifications

• Care experience preferred but training and support provided.
• Good English and numeracy skills required.
• DBS check and standard recruitment checks will apply.

Responsibilities

• Get to know each resident personally and build their life stories.
• Plan and deliver a varied calendar of group activities and one-to-one moments.
• Motivate residents to join activities that enhance wellbeing socially, emotionally and physically.
• Support residents to maintain connections with family and community.
• Take photos of events for newsletters and social media.
