Job summary

Mariposa Care Group is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator for Holly Lodge in Shildon. You will help residents lead meaningful days through tailored activities, companionship, and social events. Training and support are provided to candidates new to care.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to have care experience, but we know people from other walks of life can become the very best in this type of role - so whether you've done this before or are just starting out, we'll be with you every step of the way with all the training and support you need.
