Job summary

Responsibilities

• Get to know each resident personally, building their life stories into meaningful activities.
• Plan and deliver a calendar of group activities, one-to-one moments and special events.
• Motivate residents to join activities that support social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Support residents to maintain connections with family, friends and the local community.
• Take photos of events for newsletters and social media.
