Job summary

Mariposa Care Group Ltd seeks a Wellbeing Coordinator for Kingston Court care home in Carlisle. You will develop and deliver engaging activities, build personal life stories for residents, and help create a joyful daily routine that enhances wellbeing.

• Get to know each resident personally, building their life stories into meaningful activities.
• Plan and deliver a calendar of group activities, one-to-one moments and special events.
• Motivate residents to join activities that support social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Support residents to maintain connections with family, friends and the local community.
• Take photos of events for newsletters and social media.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to have care experience, but we know people from other walks of life can become the very best in this type of role -so whether you’ve done this before or are just starting out, we’ll be with you every step of the way with all the training and support you need.
