Job summary

Wood Care Group is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to create meaningful activities and deliver engaging sessions for residents. The role includes supporting events and family interaction, and developing a therapeutic activities programme to enhance residents' lives.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, with flexibility to work weekends. Experience in a care home is desirable but not required, as a passion for resident wellbeing is valued.

• Good communication skills with residents, families and management.
• Organised and reliable with an active approach.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.

• Develop and deliver a programme of activities and sessions for residents.
