National Trust in Wales seeks a Welcome Manager to lead a seasonal team across Rhossili and Pennard sites. You will direct daily operations, deliver outstanding visitor experiences, and act as Duty Manager to ensure safety and service standards are met across busy periods.

We're looking for a Welcome Manager to lead our visitor welcome operation across Gower's iconic visitor sites, including Rhossili and Pennard car parks. Internally, you'll be known as a 'Welcome Manager (Band 1)',. Working Hours: You will work 1950 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. As our busiest period runs from April to September, flexibility is essential. Regular weekend and Bank Holiday working will be expected to support the visitor demand and ensure the highest standards of welcome and service during peak periods. As Welcome Manager, you will lead and support a team of seasonal staff and volunteers across both Rhossili and Pennard, providing clear direction, coaching and day-to-day leadership to ensure the highest standards of visitor experience.
