Job summary

Lincolnshire And District Medical Services is offering a 12-month post to support the Tier 3 Weight Management Service across the county. The role acts as the central point for referrals, patient engagement and service administration, with responsibility for data handling, meeting coordination and performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will have administrative or coordination experience, with healthcare experience welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths required.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
• Experience in administrative, coordination or patient-facing role preferred.
• Healthcare experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination for referrals to the weight management service
• Coordinate patient engagement and support a seamless patient journey
• Carry out service administration
• Manage service data
• Coordinate meetings
• Monitor service performance
• Communicate effectively with clinicians, healthcare professionals and partner organisations
• Support service delivery across the county
