Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is advertising a 12-month fixed-term role within the weight management service in Lincolnshire. You will be the central point for referrals, patient engagement and service administration, coordinating with clinicians and partner organisations to support smooth patient journeys.

The post is full-time (37.5 hours) with travel across Lincolnshire and occasional evening or weekend work.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
• Evidence of continuing professional development

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination for referrals into the weight management service
• Support patient engagement to ensure a seamless journey
• Deliver service administration for the weight management service
• Manage service data and records
• Coordinate meetings with clinicians, healthcare professionals and partner organisations
• Communicate with clinicians, healthcare professionals and partner organisations
• Monitor service performance
• Contribute to development of a growing service
