Job summary

Peel Ports Group is seeking a Weighbridge/SCADA Controller FTC at the Port of Liverpool. The role focuses on operating the weighbridge and SCADA system to ensure safe, efficient terminal operations and accurate ticketing.

You will collaborate with engineers, operatives and leaders to support vessel discharge, storage coordination and timely vehicle movements while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a weighbridge and providing administration support in an operational environment is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the traffic management system and ensure safe operation of the site.
• Run the terminals SCADA system safely and efficiently, process tickets in SOPs.
• Ensure vehicles are weighed accurately and managed for turnaround times.
• Coordinate with engineers, operatives and team leaders to discharge vessels and manage storage activities.
• React to change and support safe, compliant operation of the weighbridge.
