Job summary

Peel Ports Group is seeking a Weighbridge/SCADA Controller for FTC to manage the terminal’s weighbridge and SCADA operations at the Port of Liverpool. You will coordinate with engineers and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient vehicle movements and accurate weigh-in/out processes.

The role requires excellent customer service, clear communication, and good IT skills to work with multiple software packages.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a weighbridge in an operational environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of bulk handling methods is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use multiple software packages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain traffic management system and ensure safe site operation.
• Operate SCADA system safely and process tickets per SOPs.
• Coordinate with engineers and team leaders to discharge vessels and manage storage.
• Ensure timely vehicle movements and report delays to Shift Supervisor.
• Provide administration support and maintain accurate weigh records.
