Job summary

Peel Ports Group is seeking a Weighbridge/SCADA Controller at the Port of Liverpool. You will maintain the traffic management system, operate the weighbridge, and ensure safe and compliant site operations while coordinating with engineers and team leaders.

Customer service excellence and strong IT literacy are essential. The role requires precise ticket processing, timely communication, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic port environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and ticket processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Good IT skills and ability to use a range of software, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the traffic management system and ensure safe site operation.
• Operate the weighbridge and process tickets accurately.
• Communicate with engineers, operatives and team leaders to coordinate activities and vessel discharges.
• Support efficient vehicle movements and report delays to the Shift Supervisor.
