Job summary

RGIT Australia in Thornaby-on-Tees is seeking a Part-time Permanent Customer Services Advisor to support students living in accommodation. You will be the first point of contact, handle queries by phone, email and in person, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative role.
• Good level of maths and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Experience with tenancy agreements or property regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a prompt and helpful resolution.
• Assist with student move-ins and move-outs, including check-in/check-out processes and room inspections.
• Support students with accommodation-related issues, escalating any concerns as necessary.
• Organise and participate in community events to enhance the student experience.
