Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a full-time permanent Associate Customer Service Adviser in the Property & Housing sector. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and help clients with viewings, applications, and tenancy documents.

You will maintain knowledge of listings and regulations, resolve complaints, document interactions, and work with the team to improve service delivery. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and proficiency in CRM and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably within property or housing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Assist clients with property-related queries, including viewings, applications, and tenancy agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and housing regulations to provide informed advice.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
