Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience in store by following the ACE pillars: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable.
• Contribute to shop KPIs and drive multichannel engagements using mPOS and online channels.
• Assist with stock replenishment, floor moves, window displays and product presentations.
• Support events, stock takes and shop operations, including Click & Collect and ship-from-store processes.
• Promote promotions and discounts to customers and maintain health & safety procedures.
