Job summary

White Stuff Ltd is hiring a Customer Host to join our Retail team. You will report to the Shop Manager and help deliver an exceptional customer experience on the high street.

You should be passionate about fashion, a team player, and able to work weekends on a 4-hour contract. Your duties include stock replenishment, visual standards, mPOS, signups to newsletters, events, and supporting charity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passion for retail and fashion; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Retail team.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on the high street.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mPOS system and create endless aisle orders.
• Engage customers by signing them up to newsletters and sending e-receipts.
• Assist in events such as Customer Events and preview evenings.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store; support with floor moves and replenishment.
• Process deliveries and ensure stock availability; assist with stocktakes.
• Support ship-from-store and Click & Collect processes; engage with customers about promotions.
