Job summary

CitySprint is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Bristol to help keep deliveries on track. You’ll coordinate designated couriers, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

The role requires effective communication, organisational skills, and comfort with systems such as CityTrak and X‑Despatch. DBS check is required for all successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day‑to‑day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
