Job summary

Property Management Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Weekend Night Porter for a luxury residential building in West London. You will report to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, delivering an unrivalled resident experience during the Friday to Sunday night shift (7pm–7am).

Responsibilities include handling resident enquiries, parcel handover, security duties, contractor logging, and routine health and safety reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in night concierge or security within luxury residential environments.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional presentation and conduct.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
SIA Licence desirable; First Aid Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for residents during night hours, handling enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist residents with carrying parcels and luggage.
Maintain a polite, discreet manner at all times.
Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV and access control systems.
Ensure doors and entry points remain secure and respond to emergencies per site protocols.
Log contractor visits and key movements, maintaining accurate records.
Receive, store and notify residents of parcel arrivals; facilitate handover.
Undertake light cleaning in reception and common areas during night shifts.
Record health and safety checks and escalate hazards to management.
Prepare clear handover notes and document incidents and tasks performed.
