Job summary

Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa in Warminster is seeking a part-time Night Porter to join our friendly team, covering Saturday and Sunday nights. You will remain calm under pressure while delivering a courteous, professional service to guests.

Key duties include hotel security checks, assisting with conferences and events, checking guests in and out, handling invoices and payments, helping with luggage, basic bar service and general cleaning. Previous hotel experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is advantageous.
• Experience with a PMS (Hart) is preferred.
• Reliable and trustworthy with focus on guest security.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel security and guest safety, with regular checks.
• Assist with conferences and events setup.
• Check guests in and out, manage invoices.
• Process payments accurately.
• Assist with carrying luggage.
• Basic bar experience.
• General cleaning duties.
