Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Loughborough is seeking an Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor for weekend hours (16 hours per week). The role involves advising customers, recommending products, and guiding them through the purchase process.

Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a dynamic sales environment. You will speak with customers who have expressed interest online, building rapport and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Confident and friendly with excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Desirable but not essential to have sales or customer service experience; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
• Build rapport and understand each customer’s needs while recommending suitable products.
• Explain features, benefits, pricing and options to customers.
• Guide customers through the sales journey from enquiry to purchase.
• Process payments and assist with credit applications and finance options.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and work toward sales targets.
• Keep customer information accurate across multiple systems.
