Weekend Inbound Call Handler role for NMS Recruit, based near Bromborough, Wirral. You will handle inbound calls with a customer-service focus and a professional telephone manner. The position starts asap and runs until the end of January, with potential extension for the right candidates.

Paid training is provided, occurring over 5 evenings from 5pm-10pm. Hourly rate is £13.00, paid weekly. Prior customer service experience is required; suitable for candidates from retail, travel or hospitality

I am looking for some Weekend Inbound Call Handlers to take inbound calls working for a great company based in Bromborough, Wirral.

This role is starting asap and will last until end of January possibly longer for the right individuals.

Full paid training will be given and you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Must have previous customer service experience and have a confident telephone manner.

Would suit candidates from a retail, travel or hospitality background.

Shifts available

• Saturday & Sunday - 7am-12pm
• Saturday & Sunday - 8am-1pm
• Saturday & Sunday 9am- 2pm
• Saturday & Sunday 10.00am-3.00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 11.00am-4.00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 3pm-8.00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 4pm-9.00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 5pm-10pm
• Saturday & Sunday 6pm-11pm

You will need to be available for paid training - this will be 5 nights from 5pm-10pm
