Job summary

YMCA Robin Hood Group is hiring a Housing Duty Worker to support young people aged 16-24 in our Mansfield and Ashfield accommodation. Roles are weekend-only part-time (23 hours per week) on a two-week rolling rota, with a full-time alternative available on a 3-week rolling rota.

You’ll help keep the building safe and welcoming, greet residents, answer queries, monitor security, issue keys, support safety checks and maintain records. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• As Housing Duty Worker, help keep the building running smoothly and be one of the first people residents see when they need support.
• Welcoming residents and visitors.
• Answering questions and helping people find the support they need.
• Monitoring CCTV and building security.
• Issuing keys and dealing with lost keys.
• Reporting incidents and keeping records up to date.
• Supporting fire safety checks.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
