Job summary

Motorpoint Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Sales Support assistant to deliver outstanding customer service by phone and in person, supporting our busy sales team. You will handle administrative tasks, use our CRM to track cases, and coordinate handovers to the right colleagues, helping us maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth processes across the dealership.

This permanent, weekend-only position offers 16 hours and a monthly bonus in addition to the hourly rate, with benefits listed in the

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer service from any industry.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face.
• Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency.
• Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases.
• Understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth handover to the right team member.
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints.
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month.
