As a Weekend Call Centre Advisor in Leicester, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling their orders, enquiries, and complaints via the helpline.

Working within the logistics and transportation sector, your duties include liaising with delivery drivers to ensure smooth communication and resolving issues related to delivery restrictions or property access.

You will refer complex matters to the appropriate teams as needed.

This part-time role offers £13.29 per hour and provides a potential route to a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will need strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to succeed in this role.

Our Client has an opportunity for a Weekend Call Centre Advisor. Working in a location in Leicester you will be the first point of contact for the Customer dealing with their orders / requests.

Job Role:

Communicating with the Customer, receiving calls to the helpline and dealing with customers’ orders and with enquiries and complaints. Will be working within the Logistics and Transportation side of the business, liaising with customers and delivery drivers ensuring that communication flow is smooth, and customer orientated. Arranging with any issues in regard to restrictions regarding delivery, access to property etc. Referring on any complex matters when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent Customer Service Skills, and be a great communicator.
• Call Centre Experience is a Must.

Days: Saturday + Sunday Hours: 11:00 - 19:00
