Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Admin Assistant at our Salisbury care home. You will handle phone inquiries, file management, and support managers while greeting visitors and showing families around the home.

You’ll engage with residents to create a welcoming, vibrant environment and have opportunities for skill development through courses designed to build confidence in all responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task across varied admin tasks.
• Solid computer skills and experience with standard office software.
• Confident, clear telephone manner and excellent inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and manage front-desk queries.
• Help with filing and document handling for managers.
• Greet visitors and guide them during tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and their families to support a welcoming environment.
