Qualifications

• Ability to multitask across tasks and priorities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Handle and file documentation; support managers with admin tasks.
• Meet and greet visitors and guide tours for prospective clients and families.
• Engage with residents to help create a friendly, welcoming environment.
