Barchester care home is seeking an Admin Assistant to support our residents and teams with a range of administrative tasks to help deliver quality care. You will answer the phone, handle files and support managers while helping to create a welcoming, vibrant environment.

You will meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and their families, and show prospective clients around so they can see the quality care we provide.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with basic software.
• Confident telephone manner and clear communication.
• People person who enjoys interacting with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and answer inquiries.
• Handle files and administrative tasks for managers.
• Support managers with daily administrative duties.
• Meet and greet visitors and facilitate tours for prospective clients.
