Driver Hire in Exeter is seeking a confident Customer Service Advisor to support their busy transport operation during the winter period. You will handle inbound calls, provide updates on deliveries, and coordinate day-to-day transport activities.

This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, a competitive hourly rate with PAYE options, and a friendly, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call handling experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Confidence working in a busy office environment.
• Good IT skills and experience using computer systems.
• Logistics or warehousing experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsabilités

• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally.
• Providing updates and information regarding deliveries and logistics operations.
• Supporting the coordination of day-to-day transport activities.
• Processing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
