Qualifikationen

• Previous Service Advisor experience - essential.
• Experience in a commercial vehicle, HGV or automotive workshop environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Act as the key link between customers and the workshop, managing vehicles through service and repair.
• Handle customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
• Book commercial vehicles into the workshop and agree work to be carried out.
• Prepare accurate job cards and estimates, liaising with technicians and management.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and obtain authorisation for additional work.
• Ensure workshop administration is completed accurately and prepare vehicles for collection.
