Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Exeter. You will work Monday to Friday in an Aftersales environment, handling service and repair processes and driving customer satisfaction. A £30,000 basic salary with an OTE of around £36,000 plus commission on service plans is on offer.

This is a strong earnings opportunity within a reputable automotive business, with clear opportunities to increase earnings through additional service-plan commissions and upselling.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor.
• Experience with service plans and additional sales.
• Previous main dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
• Liaise with Technicians and Workshop team.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
• Identify and maximise additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
