Pembrook Resourcing is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor in Honiton. The role offers £30,000 - £38,000 per year, including bonus, with a busy dealership environment and a clear path for progression.

You will welcome customers, book services, liaise with the workshop, prepare estimates and invoices, and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish. A UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Professional, positive and team-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
