Job summary

Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa in Scotland is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver a high-quality dining experience. You will oversee reservations, drive guest satisfaction, and work closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to ensure smooth service.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a track record in fine dining.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Previous fine dining experience is essential.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Confident, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• A positive, professional, and team-focused approach.
• A full, valid driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and positively, ensuring concerns are resolved appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company standards.
• Help create a welcoming, professional, and memorable dining experience for every guest.
