Job summary

AION Auto UK is seeking an experienced Website & CRM Manager to own the website and CRM strategy, driving customer experience and the evolution of our digital platforms. You will be responsible for strategising, delivering, and optimising the website and CRM initiatives to support business growth.

You will lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud, manage the website roadmap, and work with Marketing, IT and external partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience owning website strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong CRM expertise, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with analytics tools to drive decisions.
• Autonomous with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the website and CRM strategy for AION Auto UK.
• Lead the website roadmap to improve performance, UX, and conversions.
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud communications, automation, and reporting.
• Design and optimise customer journeys across website and CRM touchpoints.
• Manage external agencies, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.
