Hanson Search is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led SaaS business to recruit a CRM Manager in London. You will own the CRM strategy across the entire client lifecycle, design automated journeys, and craft copy. AI will be your primary operating layer, guiding segmentation and activation efforts.

You will collaborate across Data, Product, Sales and Customer Success to sharpen targeting, run tests, and ship campaigns on schedule.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands‑on experience building automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B CRM strategy across the client lifecycle.
• Design and optimise automated client journeys and targeted communications.
• Use data, experimentation and AI to drive activation, retention and revenue growth.
• Write the copy and build the journeys; read results and optimise.
