Job summary

Arc seeks a results-driven Growth/Performance leader to own paid social and paid search budgets and to trade the website for maximum conversion. You will set strategy, allocate media, and direct agency and development partners to ensure a seamless path to purchase.

You will measure acquisition, optimize site performance, and drive a disciplined testing program across markets, with remote-first collaboration and quarterly in-person meets in UK/Europe.

Qualifications

• Has owned paid social and paid search budgets at meaningful scale.
• Can design and defend acquisition cost models and ROI.
• Experience merchandising and optimizing an ecommerce site for conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the journey up to first purchase and optimise site to convert.
