Cybit Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Digital Growth Lead to own how Cybit is discovered, experienced and converted in an AI-driven buying world. You will balance technical site optimisations with strategic growth initiatives to turn Cybit’s website into a high-performing revenue engine.

The role requires expertise in WordPress, SEO, AI visibility and CRM integrations, with a proactive, data-driven approach to growth and conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in WordPress and site optimisation.
• Experience with SEO and AI-driven discovery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the website as a revenue generation platform and ensure clear value communication.
• Drive AI search visibility and assess AI-driven discovery.
• Improve search and digital discoverability with technical SEO foundations.
• Increase visitor to lead conversion through UX refinements and CTAs.
• Structure content to demonstrate Cybit’s USP for buyers.
