Flo Health Inc. is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager – Web Onboarding to accelerate growth by building and optimising high-performing web funnels.

You will own the product roadmap for web onboarding, drive conversion, revenue and customer lifetime value, and partner with User Acquisition, Design, Engineering and Analytics to scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok. You will lead from identifying opportunities through hypothesis, launch, measurement and iteration,

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2C product initiatives, preferably in subscriptions/e-commerce or digital products.
• Proven ability to build and optimise web onboarding funnels and improve conversion with measurable impact.
• Strong grasp of growth, monetisation, pricing, paywalls and lifetime value.
• Experience creating new funnel experiences from hypothesis to launch and iteration.
• Familiarity with paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and landing-page interactions.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale Flo's web onboarding funnels to maximise conversion, revenue and CLV.
• Develop funnel experiences from scratch to engage new audiences and convert visitors.
• Continuously optimise funnels via experiments across landing pages, onboarding questions, paywalls and checkout.
• Collaborate with UA, Design, Engineering and Analytics to drive growth and monetisation.
