Flo Health is seeking a Product Manager – Web Onboarding to own and optimise Flo’s onboarding funnels. You will drive conversion, revenue and customer lifetime value while collaborating with User Acquisition, Design, Engineering and Analytics to unlock growth.

You’ll build new funnel experiences, run rapid experiments, and shape monetisation strategies across Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns, all while maintaining a privacy‑first, high‑quality user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consumer subscription or digital product growth.
• Experience building and optimising web onboarding funnels.
• Strong understanding of monetisation, pricing and paywalls.
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and funnel metrics.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale high-performing web funnels across Flo's onboarding journey.
• Drive monetisation strategy including pricing, subscriptions and paywalls.
• Partner with User Acquisition to optimise paid channels and funnel performance.
• Lead cross-functional squads with Design, Engineering and Analytics to deliver impact.
