Lendable is hiring a Product Manager in the UK to own onboarding and drive conversion across web and app journeys. You will partner with Engineering, Growth, Data Science and Credit teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver high-impact features.

We value data-driven decision making, fast iteration and a bias for action. You'll work in a fast-paced fintech environment, using AI tools to automate workflows and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• A bias for action, you move fast, get things done, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Data proficiency, you're comfortable using Python or SQL to query data and running your own data analysis.
• Familiarly with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex.
• Experience working in start-up/scale-up environment preferred but not required.
• Experience working on mobile app products preferred but not a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Owning and driving the strategy, execution, and growth of our origination funnel, particularly focusing on direct lending.
• Defining the product roadmap and overseeing delivery with an industry leading Engineering Team.
• Collaborating with other teams across the business, including other Product Managers, Engineering, Credit, Data Science, Finance and Operations.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by designing hypothesis driven tests, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly based on learnings.
• Using AI to build tools, automate manual workflows and helping your team make faster and better decisions.
• Navigating a fast-paced , evolving fintech landscape, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management.
• Partnering with design to ensure our customers' needs are always at the heart of what we're building.
• Working with third parties to ensure that the product is best-in-market for the businesses that we work with.
