Chip is seeking a senior marketing lead to own the website strategy and growth metrics. You will manage a small team of two and collaborate with Growth, CRM, Brand, Product, Engineering and Compliance to deliver high-impact results.

Responsibilities include driving organic traffic, sign-ups, and cost-per-acquired member, plus leading SEO and GEO initiatives, and running a continuous CRO program across pages. Hybrid working in the UK is offered with a balance of hands-on work and leadership.

Competenze

• Experience leading a small marketing/growth team.
• Proven track record in consumer digital growth, with measurable results.
• Strong SEO, technical and content skills with GEO strategy.
• Hands-on CRO: designing and analysing experiments.

Mansioni

• Set website strategy and roadmap with targets for organic traffic, sign-ups, and CPA.
• Lead a two-person team and develop their craft.
• Drive SEO and GEO strategy to improve rankings and brand mention in AI tools.
• Run a conversion programme across landing/product/sign-up journeys with clear test backlog.
• Ensure site performance, accessibility, and technical tagging.
• Build web-powered CRM data capture and identity flows to Braze.
• Collaborate with paid growth, Brand, and Compliance to align pages.
• Work with AI tooling to ship more pages and tests with a lean team.
