Job summary

3Search is seeking a Website & SEO/GEO Manager to own website performance, organic search and AI-driven discovery. You will manage content across CMS, drive SEO/GEO strategies and partner with Brand, Product, Design and Engineering to optimise customer journeys.

You’ll analyse performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and report on website health, traffic and conversions to senior stakeholders. Hybrid role with Wales office presence.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience using WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Strong practical SEO knowledge across technical, on-page and content optimisation.
• Good understanding of GEO, AI-powered search and evolving search behaviour.
• Experience using web analytics to identify issues, opportunities and recommendations.
• Exposure to conversion-rate optimisation and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, improve and optimise a high-performing website.
• Lead SEO and GEO strategy including AI-powered search opportunities.
• Translate requirements into effective website journeys and content updates.
• Coordinate website initiatives with Brand, Content, Product, Design, Engineering, Data and QA.
• Own website reporting and analysis for stakeholders and CRO activities.
