Job summary

WE Talent is recruiting a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join its creative agency team. You will own SEO and Google Ads strategies, drive traffic and deliver measurable results across a varied client portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across digital, creative and branding, conduct keyword research, optimise content and blogs, manage WordPress sites, and report performance using GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager. AI tools will support day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or varied environment.
• Strong SEO and Google Ads experience with proven results.
• Practical WordPress experience and ability to write/optimise content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focusing on organic and paid search.
• Plan and optimise SEO, including technical/on-page/content strategies and blogs.
• Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns; conduct keyword research.
• Monitor performance with GA4, GSC and GTM; report results to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use AI tools for tasks.
