Chip is seeking a Head of Web Growth in the UK to own the website strategy and drive organic traffic, sign-ups and CAC targets. You’ll lead a small team, shape SEO and GEO, and run a continuous CRO programme across pages and journeys.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Compliance to keep the site fast, accessible and compliant, while building CRM data flows with Braze to smooth the path from first visit to first deposit.

Formación

• Track record leading web, SEO or growth for a consumer digital business.
• Experience managing and developing people or appetite to step up.
• Strong SEO knowledge, technical and content, with a view on GEO trends.
• Hands-on CRO: designing, running and analysing experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Set website strategy and roadmap, owning targets for organic traffic, sign-ups and CAC.
• Lead and develop a team of two, setting priorities and growth plans.
• Lead SEO and GEO to ensure Chip ranks well and is accurately cited in AI chat tools.
• Run a continuous conversion programme across landing pages and sign-up journeys with a clear test backlog.
• Keep the site fast, accessible and technically sound (Core Web Vitals, analytics, tagging).
• Build web-powered CRM data flows from the site into Braze to join first visit to first deposit.
